Jacksonville, FL — If you've ever wanted to share your thoughts about a particular roadway or even an area of town that needs sidewalks--this is your chance.

The North Florida Transportation Planning Organization is developing its 'Path Forward 2045', which is all about identifying programs and projects to meet the transportation needs of the region through the year 2045.

As part of this planning process, Marci Larson, a spokesperson for the North Florida TPO, says they are asking residents in Clay, Duval, St. Johns, and Nassau counties to fill out a survey with their feedback.

"... what their thoughts are about roads, transit--whether it be buses or rail or whatever-- biking, walking, all these things. We have instituted a survey and we are asking people to go online and to answer the questions," explains Larson.

To access the survey, visit pathforward2045.com. The password is Survey.

Larson says filling out the survey will likely take you about 15 minutes.

To help sweeten the deal, those who fill out the survey will be entered into a drawing. The grand prize is a Microsoft Surface tablet or one of 25 $100 Visa gift cards.

The survey is open now through November 30th.
