Sherri Shepherd took to Twitter after the story came out that her ex-husband Lamar Sally’s most recent request for more money has been denied in a California court.
The judge ruled that the case must remain in a New Jersey court.
Sally was asking for more child support money after learning the Thursday morning #TJMSFunnyChair host makes more than previously stated.
The catch is that he’s actually getting more than NJ requires so his request probably wouldn’t hold up in a NJ court either.
As you can see in Shepherd’s tweets, Sally is using the child’s medical condition as a reason for more money.
He currently receives more $6,000 a month in child support from Shepherd for a baby that isn’t biologically hers.
