He has been in the Dallas Fort Worth market for the past 14 years!  He began his career after waiting on hold for what he calls “the opportunity of a lifetime” to be a contestant to the morning show in Houston on MAJIC 102FM for an “on air” DJ contest. He was named the winner after over 150 contestants auditioned. He did his hour the next evening as part of the promotion and was immediately hired after never stepping foot in a radio studio in his life. Known as Rudy V across the country, he can be described as a master musical manipulator, jingle innovator, and disc jockey motivator. With over 18 years of experience in the entertainment industry, former professional football player, Rudy V has transformed the DFW listening audience!
