The elder Cuba Gooding has been found dead inside a car. (see pic below)
According to several reports he was found inside a car in the Woodland Hills area of Los Angeles and foul play is not suspected.
Officials believe he died of a possible overdose.
Gooding is known for the popular song, “Everybody Plays the Fool”.
Cuba Gooding Sr is the father of Oscar winning actor Cuba Gooding Jr. (see pic below)
He has three other children including Omar Gooding. Omar has played in various TV shows and movies including, “Smart Guy”. (see pic below)
He was 72 and only 7 days shy of his 73rd birthday.
